Almost a year to the day after hiring our first apprentice, we were delighted to be named winners of the ‘New to Apprenticeships’ award at the 2019 Somerset Apprenticeships Awards.
The ceremony, held at Haynes Motor Museum on Friday 8 March, was a celebration of contributions made by both apprentices and employers over the last 12 months and was a fantastic exhibition of all that is good about the apprenticeship scheme.
Pitted against a selection of international businesses, we were delighted to come away with the award after successfully demonstrating our approach to collaborating with the local education providers to deliver to our apprentices a mixture of on-the-job professional training and practical exposure to real-world business and accountancy.
We look forward to building on the success and continuing to grow our business with further investment in the local talent!
